Madison Halloween Costumes

Last Halloween I saw several different Mad Hatter costumes. One of the costumes that I saw was clearly purchased from a Halloween specialty store, in some sort of kit. Later that night I witnessed someone dressed in a disturbing Mad Hatter costume that I would definitely give the nod to.
