Tinker Bell Costumes for Any Age
Tinker Bell costumes for children 12 to 18 months are a precious way for your darling princess to celebrate Halloween this year. The Tinkerbell Ballerina is an adorable infant costume with a tutu style dress and detachable wings. A benefit of this piece is the panty is sewn in instead of being separate which may help eliminate the chance of tugging and pulling that babies love to do! The wings and bodice are a beautiful sea green color and very light weight and durable. Made of 100% polyester it can be washed and dried without shrinking like cotton does. Long after Halloween your little fairy will be able to play dress-up time and time again as their favorite character. This costume is affordable and worth every penny.
For children a little older there is the Tinkerbell costume dress. This dress is covered in glimmering petals, fits a 3-4 year old and is very well made. It has a leotard with a bottom built in, but also has snaps that allows for quick and easy opening and closing for any emergency that may come up. The skirt has tulle and satin layers and the bodice is made of crushed velvet with a bluish green design and a jersey back for comfort. Around the neck and shoulders are shimmery petals and a Tinkerbell cameo broach that looks like the one in the Walt Disney Film. Around the waistband are bows, a tulle rosette and satin ribbon. This costume is also made from polyester and can be worn throughout the year for birthdays or costume parties, any occasion will do. A little more expensive but a very nice product that a 4 year old can enjoy for a long time.
Much cheaper but super cute are the Tinkerbell fairy wings and wand. The wings have glitter and elastic hoops that fit around the arms. The wand is 11 inches long and has 3 stars with glitter as well. A colored leotard, adorable shoes, and some arts and crafts glitter can round this look out at a fraction of the price. As a matter of fact you may have most of these items in the closet already! If you really want to jazz it up grab a tutu and Tinker Bell herself would be pleased.
The Tinkerbell fairy princess dress is an adult costume with wings and shoulder straps that are adjustable. It is a pastel green one-piece dress that is modern yet very elegant. With attention to detail this dress is quite lovely. The gold ribbons that adorn the sides and 2 fabric layers that flow around the knee give it a soft femininity. The chest (30” to 38”) and waist (26” to 30”) are also adjustable and the dress as a whole is considered to be one size fits all.
Pay attention to detail and workmanship when choosing a Tinkerbell costume and remember creativity can go along way when you are on a budget. Happy shopping and happy Halloween!
